Full-bleed dye-sublimation
The print spec
Print-method education
Screen print and vinyl put a layer on the fabric. Dye-sublimation puts the color in it. That one difference decides whether your blanket still looks new after fifty washes.

The print canvas
Sublimation is only as good as the fiber it bonds into. Coarse fleece swallows detail; cheap polyester goes shiny under the press. NubaySoft 2.0 uses a fine 120-denier fiber that takes dye evenly, holds photographic detail and smooth gradients, and stays genuinely plush after pressing.
It is the fabric behind every tier we print, developed by Spectator Sport USA, the sports gear and equipment company whose flagship line is custom blankets.

Dye-sublimation turns the dye to gas under heat and pressure, bonding it into the fiber itself. There is no printed layer sitting on top, so there is nothing to crack, peel, or flake.
The print runs edge to edge with no borders, no print box, and no blank margins. Backgrounds, gradients, and photos cover the entire blanket face.
Our upper tiers print full-bleed on both faces. Different art on each side or a mirrored design, the blanket looks finished draped over a couch or folded on a shelf.
Because the color is part of the fiber, machine washing will not lift it. Screen print cracks along fold lines and vinyl edges peel; sublimated color has no edges to fail.
Wholesale runs start at 72 units and ship to all 50 states. Most projects land in a broad $30 to $90 all-in range depending on tier and quantity.
